Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Once payment is received, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

Domestic Shipping
At this time, Casa Valente is only able to ship within the United States. Domestic orders typically take 3–5 business days for delivery once dispatched.

Address Accuracy
Please triple-check your shipping address before completing your order. If incorrect shipping information is provided and not noticed until after the package has shipped, you will be responsible for the lost parcel. While we will make every effort to correct address mistakes identified before shipping, we cannot provide refunds for packages that go missing due to an incorrect address.
